Wow. Out on my Sunday morning bike ride and called for a coffee. Who did I bump into? Of course the main man. Lovely to chat to you and apologies if I intruded on your Sunday morning shopping. Scratching my head why we would not have him back TBH.

I was heading to see my son in Calgary at short notice for Christmas and I got in touch with Stix through his daughter Shauna, and next thing I’m meeting him before the Brentford match. It was the first time I had met him in person and what a humble and lovely bloke. In less than three days he got Marcelo to sign a print and get it to me in the post. My son was over the moon, even though he doesn’t look it in the photo ha ha, and I can’t thank Stix enough. In my opinion the club lost two great people this year and Leeds United Football Club was better with both of them part of it. Marcelo understood what it is to be Leeds, and Peter “Stix” epitomises that, and hopefully he is soon back where he belongs.
Thanks for your support, we enjoyed being hosted at Elland Road as a family in 2014 before Robert left the Royal Navy to join the Australian Navy….coming back to Leeds this year for a Christmas filled with Leeds United games where our girls will experience fully the atmosphere x
Thank you Stix
First met Stix for a stadium tour in 2010. Was so interesting and fun we ended up doing again a couple years later! Got to know Stix better through work, were you can tell what a genuine guy he is.
Massive loss to the club currently for both players and fans!
What can I say other than you are a true gentleman Stix. You have a massive heart and a beautiful family.
Since taking over at the Moot I have had a few interactions with this amazing man.
The most recent being the book signing we held for Salim 🤍💙💛
Nothing is ever to much trouble, you really are a man for the people.
I think you knew how much it meant to me and the LUFC supporters to have you in the pub those nights during the book signing. It made the whole event complete for me and everyone else. I really hope it helped you to see just how loved you are x
We love you Stix. Keep being you don”t ever change 💛💙🤍 mot xxxx
Pint behind the bar for you whenever you want 😉

A true gentleman and legend of our club, nothing ever too much trouble, made things happen for my son after having a major operation which got him back involved with football which he loved, always asked and kept in touch over many years and to this day which I can never thank him enough x, his knowledge, loyalty and love of our club is second to none and invaluable , you can”t buy or replace this type of person , it”s impossible x🤍💙💛 thanks for everything Stix x
A great tribute to an absolute legend and loyal servant of this fantastic club for so many years. You have been the soul and heartbeat of Leeds United for decades and in this day and age you rarely see such dedication and commitment. To have this recognised for all to see through the website is wonderful and it is a great historical record that must bring back many happy memories for you. The work you do for the military, charities and supporters is so important and you should feel so proud of everything you have achieved and all the good you have done for so many people over so many years. You are an absolute star, one in a million and I am proud to call you a friend.
Stay safe, keep healthy and take care.
Dave Smith
Stix is Mr Leeds United. 60 years working at the club in one form or another, his blood is white, yellow and blue. His work helping charities is appreciated across the city by many, many people. He must have amazing stories to tell about working with so many great managers and players. MOT Stix
I would like to thank Stix for his contribution and loyalty to our beloved club. Also, I would like to thank him for our friendship. MOT
