It’s impossible to put into words the impact Stix has made and to how many people. I first met him a few years ago, and his deep passion for Leeds United Football Club, the players, the fans, and the countless individuals touched by his kindness and generosity, was immediately apparent. That same generosity has now extended to the March for Nations team and to one of our supported charities, Combat Stress. Combat Stress provides critical services to veterans facing mental health challenges, an issue that affects more veterans each year.
As a Captain in the Royal Marines, I want to express my deepest thanks to Stix for arranging a shirt for us to auction at our charity fundraising event at the Royal Armouries Leeds on March 6, 2025. It’s the perfect item to bring to the Armouries, and I’m hopeful it will help us raise enough to make a real difference for veterans struggling with mental health issues.
