Did a stadium tour with Stix with my granddaughter and son 3 generations he was brilliant. Just before Covid hit I emailed him to see if I sent a card could he get it signed. I explained my brother in law had supported Leeds in his wheelchair stuck in front of the kop in rain snow etc for 5 years after being paralysed by a hit-and-run driver when he was 20.He got it signed plus a certificate from Marcelo. He e mailed to see if we got it I said yes but Allan name was spelt wrong. So he sent another even though not asked for. He is an unsung hero for Leeds Utd.
THANK YOU 💙🤍💛
When I was going through breast cancer I wasn”t able to attend games for about 18 months a good friend got in touch with stix and he kindly arranged a signed letter and team photo from one of my favs Stuart Dallas that cheered me up no end 💙🤍💛
What a true gentleman you are met you many a time and you looked after the grandson Harley harper when he was mascot for Leeds against Middlesbrough 4 seasons back you always had time for the fans that smile said it all
Marvellous that Stix got this tribute page! He is as much a Leeds legend as the players from the 70s. Stix has supported the Scandinavian Supporters for many years. He always helped us presenting the player of the year-award and in general fixing stuff. We miss Stix, mr Fix!
Stix is also a personal friend of mine and here is a pix taken from the Irish centre spring 2022!
Stix is so incredibly helpful. Following one of his stadium tours he gave me his email and said anything I need let him know. So on my son”s birthday he got us into the changing room pre-match where my son met the players and had photos taken, a wonderful memorable experience. At the next home match he then gave us access into the club, pulled Stuart Dallas out where he then signed a photo of my son and him that I”d had enlarged. Thanks Stix
We did a stadium tour to help my lad learn something of our history, Stix was excellent. A few weeks later he arranged for my lad to meet a few players for selfies and autographs, this stuff earns loyalty for life from kids.
Also when a good friends son was seriously ill Stix got a get well card from the whole squad there in no time.
Stix was a great link between the supporters and the players.
I first met Stix summer pre season of our 1997/98 season. George Graham was boss back then & i was a new trainee coach, learning the ropes to hopefully earn my badges at our Football In The Community Office under his friend & my mentor. Ces Podd introduced us & we hit it off from that day on. He was kind enough to teach me how to take proper Stadium Tours & in quick time trusted in me enough to take much larger group tours on my own, which really boosted my confidence. I will never forget his genuine passion, enthusiasm & knowledge. Listening to him talk really opened my eyes as to how club & staff operate on a daily basis too. It was my perfect football education in his company, at my hometown & life long supported club! There was always a welcoming smile too. No heirs & graces, just a down to earth, professional, wanting to help & support me at the most important early stages of my coaching career.
Thanks so much Mr Leeds! I will forever be grateful.
BRING BACK STIX!
MOT
Stix was influential in getting a signed shirt by all the players for a very good friend of mine who is suffering with MND. This raised quite a substantial amount of money towards the MND charity. Without his help this would not have been possible. You are a true gentleman man Stix & an asset to the club & supporters. Thank-you
I”ve supported Leeds for nearly 50 years, but being from a poor background never made it to Elland Road, that is until my sons 10th birthday, Stix took us on a wonderful tour of the stadium and told where we could meet the players, they all signed my sons shirt ( all except misery guts Rob Green, who wouldn”t come over) even Garry Monk signed, and top it off we beat Bristol City, absolutely fabulous day, one I will never forget, thanks for everything Stix
Thanks for everything you do for the club and for the Armed Forces Stix. A constant figure at Elland Road for years and going above and beyond your role daily to make so many others happy.
Wishing you all the best in the future mate.
