Stix has assisted an immeasurable number of Leeds United fans over the years, and in various situations – from Match Days and ‘Leeds on the Road’ events, to celebrations, bereavements and ill health; assisting fans at the best and sometimes most-difficult times of their lives.
“The fans are the heartbeat of Our Club” he says, and Marcelo Bielsa himself called him ‘The Bridge’ between the Club and the supporters.

Stix has been an excellent ambassador for Leeds United, personally when I was ill he greeted me like an old friend when I was a guest at Elland Road. His history of the club is second to none and his interesting stories of him as just a young lad at the club, what a devoted man he has been through all the “ups and downs”. He commands my greatest respect from myself being a fan for 60 years.

My two boys had the pleasure of Stix as their stadium tour in 2019, just before the Cardiff game.
His knowledge, charisma and love for Leeds ran through the tour and the special attention to my two boys made it a memorable day. Thank you Stix MOT!

We did a stadium tour the morning we played Derby in Elland road back in 2019, same morning Spy Gate came out. We got lucky enough to have Stix as our tour guide. His knowledge of the club and players past and present is unbelievable. Had us all in tears laughing too.
At one point he got a text from Tom Pearce asking for a couple of extra tickets for the game that night, Stix left it to a young lad in the group to decide and just text Tom back saying NO..  very funny.
He told us what time we could catch the player”s coach arriving to the ground and all about our favourite players of the past.
Absolute definition of club legend and wish him all the best. Top man Stix!

In 2018, I had my second kidney transplant at the LGI in Leeds. Once I had my surgery, my Mum and school teacher got in contact with the club and Stix organised me to have a Get Well Soon card signed by all the players and a letter from Marcelo Bielsa inviting me and my family to a game of my choice at ER when I was feeling better. I ended up going to Sheffield Wednesday at home in 2019. On the day of the game, we arrived at ER and met Stix where he organised us with tickets at the very front of the East Stand. After the game, we went back to the players exit and he made sure I got photos with as many a players as possible and made sure I had the best time. I never got the chance to say bye properly to him after that, but my family and I were all so grateful for how kind he was with us all and the hospitality he provided us. So I personally just want to say, thank you Stix and you made that one of the best days and experiences of my life and it”s a day I personally will never forget. Marching On Together💛💙

My hometown is Castleford, I am a Leeds Utd supporter, I”m an ex professional with Middlesbrough, I found myself without a job and through the PFA I landed at Leeds Utd working within the football in the community section, I worked closely with Cess Podd, eventually working within the academy at Thorp Arch, at the time of Howard Wilkinson I was introduced to Stix, I spent approximately fifteen or so years working in different departments at Leeds, coaching, scouting & stadium tours, Stix was/is a pivotal person around the club doing anything to promote our fantastic club in any was possible, he is the perfect gentleman and made my life so easy , a ” no frills” approach he made it so easy to settle in for me, I watched him manage players of all levels whilst my time there and did everything to help them settle, he is a credit and a talisman for our amazing club, what an amazing person  !! Stix is the definition of a true gentleman! My brother is a massive Leeds fan and was diagnosed with non hodgkins lymphoma last October at the age of 26. I contacted the club to see if I could arrange anything for my brother to cheer him up, and that”s where Stix came in! He sent Ryan a lovely letter from the team and signed by Marcelo Bielsa himself – my brother adored him! Needless to say he was over the moon with it, and it now takes pride of place in a frame on his bedroom wall. I am so very grateful to Stix for arranging this, I can”t explain how much it meant to both me and Ryan and it really did give him a boost during a very tough time. Stix was so lovely, quick to respond, so fast getting it sent to Ryan and was full of well wishes himself, I can never thank you enough for what you did for us! Ryan is now in the all clear and looking forward to travelling over to some matches soon – Stix I will never forget what you did for us, thank you! MOT
