Stix is a true Gentleman! Met him first time early 80″s… and for a Norwegian at that time coming over, he was realy helpful! Met him many times Together with my good friend Peter Lorimer, and especially under the Champions Leauge years he was helpful with tickets and all sorts!! If you wanted to meet a player or manager he was the man to ask!! Its not enough nice words to say about the man, Leeds United in he”s Heart , and so helpful to so many people!! I personally think the Club should Honour him in some way before a match at Elland Road!! Thank you Stix for all the help, and for beeing who you are!! Leeds United Forever! MOT

Stix has assisted an immeasurable number of Leeds United fans over the years, and in various situations – from Match Days and ‘Leeds on the Road’ events, to celebrations, bereavements and ill health; assisting fans at the best and sometimes most-difficult times of their lives.
“The fans are the heartbeat of Our Club” he says, and Marcelo Bielsa himself called him ‘The Bridge’ between the Club and the supporters.
Stix, wow what a wonderful man. I”ve been supporting Leeds United all my life my first game in 1988, I had heard of a man called stix but my first real interaction with him was in 2010, the year I was getting married and contacted him about getting a card signed. He couldn”t do enough for me, I donated money to one of the many charities he has done so much for , and got my card. I couldn”t thank him enough. Over the years since he became more and more of a legend to us supporters. And you could clearly see what he meant to the team and Marcelo in particular.
Stix always had time for everyone, I support a visually impaired supporter called John that travels from Blackpool. One particular match which was one for the remembrance Day , Stix had seen us and although as busy as he was he came over to us shook John”s hand had a little chat and gave John a beautiful pin badge. That really made John”s day.
Another particular time, I was shopping in my local supermarket and I spotted Stix, and I was like star struck , I made my way to the fridges, thinking shall I say hello, then all of a sudden my phone rang to the tune of marching on together he turned round and we just laughed at each other. There would be times in our local pub and I would see him after games and always had time for a chat even after some bad defeats and in the days coming up to Marcelo being sacked. You could see how much the club meant to him. Then by chance again in our local supermarket we was walking out at the same time and I asked him how he was, we had a long in depth chat and since that day we have been in regular touch.
Stix is such a wonderful man, that cares so much about everyone , but the passion he has for Leeds United a club that he worked so hard for and dedicated his life to can never be taken away. When I hear the words Leeds United I think of Stix, and when I hear the word Stix I think of Leeds United, the two just go hand in hand. Thank you for everything you have done for the club and all the supporters and charities that you have helped. Xx
Known Pete for years. Kicking a football in the street in Crossgates in the 50s. Gigging at the club where he was resident drummer in the 60s and 70s Surprised when taking my kids on an Elland Road stadium tour in the 90s to find it was Stix doing it. And thanks for the invites to the players lounge now and then on top. LU FC not quite the same without Stix in the mix. Cheers 👍
I”ve known Stix what seems like forever as he was part of the fixtures & fittings. Omnipresent on a matchday popping up here, there and everywhere.
I always tried to avoid asking him for help but whenever I did as a last resort he wld do his absolute best to help me. Will always be grateful for his friendship. MOT
We spoke during lockdown when my husband was 60 and for his 61st you made his day with a card and certificate. Hope your well and back where you belong soon. Happy birthday to a true Leeds United legend. All our love Jacquie and Ian Howard
First and foremost, it”s been an absolute honour to have known you for many, many years.
Sir Peter Stix Lockwood, you”re a legend and a true ambassador for our beloved club, could not have wished for a better Liaison Officer than yourself. You go above and beyond in helping fellow fans, as you did for me on my 60th/61st birthdays during Covid19, which will never be forgotten.
Total respect.
However, I have never been able to have a photo with yourself but am sure it will happen, so I will enclose a photo of me and my wife just before a home game last season.
This website is an awesome tribute to you from your family.
Finally, best wishes from myself and Dami on your 71st birthday.

Elland Road is Leeds United, Leeds United is Elland Road.
Managers, players, chairman, owners come and go but Stix is Leeds United and Elland Road.

Stix. What can I say ,Such a nice guy. Always there to help us while at Thorpe arch. The atmosphere when he was around was amazing to see, always laughter and smiles
When you mention Leeds United, you mention Stix. An absolute legend at this wonderful club and a gentleman too. His knowledge of the club from his many years there from around 8 years old is something no one can match. During a stadium tour he made us very welcome and gave an insight into the history of this great club. On our second stadium tour, our two grandsons were with us and we requested him as our guide which again was brilliant. To top this tour off, the great and late Norman Hunter posed for pictures in the tunnel. Stix you are an amazing gentleman, family man both at the club and home life and deserve all the praise you are given on this site, MOT
Did a stadium tour with Stix with my granddaughter and son 3 generations he was brilliant. Just before Covid hit I emailed him to see if I sent a card could he get it signed. I explained my brother in law had supported Leeds in his wheelchair stuck in front of the kop in rain snow etc for 5 years after being paralysed by a hit-and-run driver when he was 20.He got it signed plus a certificate from Marcelo. He e mailed to see if we got it I said yes but Allan name was spelt wrong. So he sent another even though not asked for. He is an unsung hero for Leeds Utd.
