Growing up in a football family we all had a heart for Leeds United.
I was lucky enough to one day play for the great club. I knew a lot about the club when I signed, but I didn’t know it from the inside.
This was when Stix Lockwood was such a great help to me. He helped me with everything I needed to settle in, but most of all he made me feel welcome at the club! He was always there with a positive comment and a word of encouragement no matter the result from matches.
Stix also made sure my family and friends were looked after and helped us with tickets etc so that we could concentrate on the football. Even after I finished at the club Stix is someone, I would contact to sort out things, from getting shirts to tickets, or just to get an update on how the team is doing.
He has always been willing to help and make others happy. When I think of Leeds United, Stix is one of the first people who comes to mind.
A genuine nice person who spreads positive vibes around him.
My mood always rises to the better when I see him or speak with him.
